Welcome to CorpoHive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our B2B social networking platform. By creating an account or using CorpoHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You may only maintain one personal account and any number of company accounts that you are authorized to manage. Creating multiple personal accounts is prohibited.
You agree to provide truthful information about yourself and your business. Misrepresenting your identity, company, or credentials is grounds for account termination.
You are solely responsible for your account and any content posted through it. CorpoHive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You agree not to use CorpoHive to: post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
You must not send unsolicited messages, engage in spamming, or harass other users. All communications should be professional and relevant to business networking.
You must not introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to CorpoHive or user systems.
You must respect the privacy of other users. Do not collect, store, or share personal information of other users without their explicit consent.
You must not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access CorpoHive without our express written permission.
You agree to maintain professional conduct at all times. Discriminatory, hateful, or violent content is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of all content you post on CorpoHive. However, by posting content, you grant CorpoHive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
The license you grant us includes the right to make your content available to other users and to use it for promotional purposes related to CorpoHive services.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content posted on CorpoHive.
The CorpoHive platform, including its design, features, functionality, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CorpoHive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CorpoHive for your personal business networking purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of CorpoHive, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform.
CorpoHive, our logo, and any other product or service names or slogans are trademarks of CorpoHive and may not be used without our prior written consent.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on CorpoHive infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.
CorpoHive offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes, and such changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused time.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If you sign up for a free trial, we may require payment information. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will be automatically charged for the subscription.
You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use CorpoHive will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees.
CorpoHive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that CorpoHive will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content on the platform.
CorpoHive may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorpoHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of CorpoHive shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that you use CorpoHive at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any resulting business relationships.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorpoHive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of CorpoHive or violation of these Terms.
This indemnification includes claims related to content you post, your violation of any third-party rights, your violation of applicable laws, or your breach of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
If you have a dispute with CorpoHive, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CorpoHive regarding your use of the platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
CorpoHive shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform unless otherwise stated.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, including via email or prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Your continued use of CorpoHive after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using CorpoHive.
